The Sylphe Project used to host its own IRC powered by ngircd.

Zebeth listened on irc.sylphe.fr on ports 6697 and 9999 (standard SSL IRC ports). Sylphe is all about privacy and that's why we try to use SSL wherever we can. This includes encrypting all communication made through IRC.
